Kyla pitching

Kyla got the opportunity to pitch during her last game.  For being a first timer, she did a great job ... as well as any of the other girls as far as I'm concerned (but I'm biased).  Way to go, Kyla.

Easter Day

The kids woke up bright and early to see if the Easter Bunny had arrived.  I threaten them within an inch (is that saying right) of their life, if they don't wake us up first.

Mason loves hunting the eggs.  He's so good at it too.

Yes I know, parent of the year.  I couldn't for the life of me find their Easter baskets.  This will have to do.  The bunny gave them new swimsuits, water guns, and an assortment of candy (including my personal fave - Cadbury Mini Eggs).  Looks like the Easter Bunny ate a few of the carrots they left too.

Jelly Belly's and Mini Eggs - Woot, woot!

She was more worried about how many Mason found instead of looking for some for herself.

Keep looking.

Later in the day, Jenny and I hid the eggs for all of the kids in our front yards.  It was something like 80 eggs.  Such fun these kiddos had looking for them.

Mason was good about leaving the easy ones for the littles.

Blake and Ryder sure love Kyla.

Callie, our neighborhood mascot.

Happy Easter!

The gang - wish Kyla would have looked at the camera but it's still cute.

Sprinkler fun at Jenny and Tim's.

Best friends.  I LOVE this picture.

Coloring Eggs

Coloring Easter Eggs is something we all enjoy (OK, maybe not Brian so much).  This year I busted out some markers, stickers and even scotch tape.  It was so much fun, we need to start doing it more often (why can't we decorate eggs for other holidays)?

Kyla - working hard.

Outside, perfect weather for it too.

Is it ready yet?

In my opinion, the best looking egg of all.  :-)

Can't remember, but I'm sure there was a "Move, Kyla" coming out of his mouth.

Aren't they purdy?

That's my handsome boy.

When we were done, someone had the bright idea of playing a little baseball with out eggs.  Hmmm, may have been me.  Now this was fun.

Get it girl.

Bat 1, Egg 0.

Yeah buddy.

Happy Easter everyone.  So thankful for health and happiness.

Cake Time

Not much to say here ... a yummy chocolate cake.

Blow out the candles, Kyla!

Crazy-K.

Opening presents

Kyla is so much fun to buy for ... she gets very animated when she opens her gifts and always says, "I love it so much."  I can buy Kyla a new package of socks and she gets excited and thanks me over and over.

A new slumber party sleeping bag from Granny.

All smiles.

OK, Mason ... enough of the photo-bombs.

Another box????

The American Girl Bitty Baby she wanted.  Yes!!

Grammy and Grandpa gave her money, Barbies, a Barbie Car and lots of other goodies.
